• 30 days for a full refund or merchandise exchange (less shipping charges).
• Items must be in original condition with all the packaging and contents.
• All returns and exchanges will be returned at the customer’s shipping expense.
• Defective merchandise – please call us at Customer Service Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM

Shipping

We will ship your items by UPS within 48 hours of your purchase Monday to Friday (except holidays). If items are backordered, you will be notified. All merchandise will be shipped via ground unless you request a faster service. The rates are dictated by UPS.
